To make Premium topos of a crag, you need to take maintainership with your team. There are two ways to do this:
On the crag's page:
Go to topos, click "edit" and "Select Team".
You can choose an existing team that you are a member of or create a new one.
From your team page:
Click "+" and "Add a local crag or boulder area to maintain"
