Anyone can create Premium topos and you don't need Premium subscription to do so. However, to limit spam and low-quality content, a Premium subscription is required to publish free topos.
You don’t need a Premium subscription to:
Create and publish Premium topos
View and use Premium topos maintained by a team you belong to
(You always have free access to your own team’s topos)
You do need a Premium subscription to:
Publish a free topo
View and use Premium topos from other climbers (created by teams you are not part of)
Make suggestions to Premium topos from other climbers (maintained by teams you are not part of)
